GUERILLA ZINGARI: ODES FOR THE RECKLESS DEBUT CD AND TOUR

Tasmania isn’t exactly known for being a multicultural state, yet Hobart based Gypsy band Guerilla Zingari, are definitely a multicultural band. Conceived from influences of Gypsy, Reggae, Blues, Jazz, Folk, Pirate and Ska, they should certainly make audiences sit up and take notice when they play at a venue you. Music for Guerilla Zingari is co written by founders Nicole McIntyre and Sarah Letters, who met when studying the same songwriting course in Tasmania. Both Nicole and Sarah had a strong interest in Gypsie, Jazz, Reggae and blues, but say the other members of the band bring their own “flavours”, which contribute the band’s unique sound.
